Terms of service

Updated October 15, 2026

These terms govern the use of Tacty (tacty.co), a service of Central Digital Network LLC, 26232 FM 2978 Rd., Magnolia, TX 77354, USA, by businesses, resellers and their staff. By creating an account or connecting an AI assistant to Tacty, you accept them.

What Tacty is

Tacty lets a business give its customers a digital loyalty card that opens by tapping an NFC tag or scanning a QR code, is saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and receives notices. It includes a panel, a counter for staff and a connection for AI assistants (MCP).

Accounts

You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your password, your staff's PINs and your access keys secret.
Resellers set up and operate businesses on behalf of their clients, and are accountable to them for that work.

Plans and payments

Businesses that sign up directly with Tacty can create and try their card for free; to use it with their customers they activate it by paying $29.95 a month, with any welcome discount in effect applied to the first month. The price may vary by country. Businesses that sign up through a reseller pay whatever they agree on with the reseller.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and the subscription renews automatically every month. You can cancel anytime; the service continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Your customers' data

Your business's customer data is yours. You are responsible for handling it lawfully and using it only for your loyalty program and your relationship with your customers.
Customers sign up on their own by scanning or tapping your code. If you sign them up yourself, you must have their permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tacty to send misleading or unwanted mass notices, impersonate another business, or for illegal activities. Notices must relate to your business and your program.
We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk, notifying you when possible.

AI assistants

If you connect an AI assistant, it acts with your permissions and you are responsible for what you approve. Assistants can make mistakes: review what they propose before confirming actions like sending notices, redeeming rewards or cancelling visits.
You can disconnect an assistant at any time from “Operate with AI”.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Tacty always available, but we can't guarantee it will run without interruptions or that Apple, Google or other external services will always be available.
To the extent permitted by law, Tacty's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last three months.

Ending the service

You can close your account anytime. Before closing it you can ask us for a copy of your data. After closing, data is deleted according to the privacy policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without prejudice to the rights your country's law gives you. If we change them, we will publish the new version here and notify you by email of important changes.
