Tacty in ChatGPT and Claude

Tacty is your business's digital loyalty card: your customers tap an NFC tag or scan a QR code and save it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. With the Tacty connector, your AI assistant reads your data and tells you who is coming, who you are losing and what to do, and it can do it for you: create your card, send a notice or turn on an automation.

How to connect it

ChatGPT

  1. In chatgpt.com or the ChatGPT app (not Codex), open Settings and go to Connectors. On some plans you need to turn on developer mode first.
  2. Create a new connector: name “Tacty” and the address above. Authentication: OAuth. Under Icon, upload the Tacty logo.
  3. Click Connect, sign in with your Tacty account and click Allow.

Claude

  1. Open Settings and go to Connectors.
  2. Click “Add custom connector”: name “Tacty” and the address above.
  3. Click Connect, sign in with your Tacty account and click Allow.
Don't have an account? On the Tacty screen tap “Create yours”: you create your card for free, go back to your assistant to set it up by chatting, and activate it when you want to use it with your customers.

What you can ask

  • “Create my barbershop's card: 8 haircuts and the ninth is free.”

  • “Who are my 10 best customers and how often do they come?”

Demo mode

Resellers have a demo café with about 330 sample customers and months of history. Tell your assistant “let's go into demo mode” and everything you ask will happen there, to show Tacty to a business. Notices to sample customers don't reach any phone.

Permissions and security

  • You approve the connection in Tacty. The assistant can do the same as you in the panel, nothing more: an owner sees only their business; a reseller, their portfolio.
  • The assistant asks you to confirm before sending notices to your customers, redeeming rewards or cancelling visits.
  • Tacty does not read your conversations: it only receives the actions the assistant requests.
  • Every change is logged with who made it and when.
  • You can disconnect the assistant anytime in “Operate with AI”.

Troubleshooting

  • “Repository not found” or a git error: you are in Codex or on a plugins screen. The connector is added in ChatGPT or Claude, under Connectors.
  • “This assistant is not registered with Tacty”: delete the connector in your assistant and add it again.
  • The assistant says it can't see your business: check that you signed in to Tacty with the right account. Disconnect it in “Operate with AI” and connect it again.
  • The icon looks generic: edit the connector in your assistant and upload the Tacty logo.
